1. Eligibility for Returns

You may return a product within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • The product is returned in its original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order confirmation or invoice)

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

We do not accept returns for:

  • Used or damaged items caused by the customer
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window
  • Products marked as “Final Sale” or non-returnable

3. Return Process

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after approval

5. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  • Contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery)
  • Include clear photos and a description of the issue
  • We will either issue a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost
